What You'll Be Doing:

Leading classes and delivering cover work set by absent teachers.

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Taking registers and ensuring students stay on task.

Supporting students who need a little extra help to access the work.

What We're Looking For:

A degree (2:2 or above) in any discipline-Psychology, English, History, and Sports Science graduates often thrive in this role.

Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner.

A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.

A genuine interest in working with young people (no previous school experience required, but it helps!).

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
