Executive search | Surrey-based | London-level career and earnings

Salary: £25–30k DOE + uncapped commission

Long-term earning potential: £100k+

My client is a high-growth executive search firm based in Surrey, operating across the UK and US. They work in commercially significant markets including management consulting, corporate strategy, financial advisory, AI and life sciences.

This role suits commercial people , not purely academic or technical profiles.
