Role Accountabilities Generate new business sales within specific industry sectors from both existing and potential clients.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell the full range of CSG services in line with current marketing campaigns. Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally via telephone, email and other communication channels. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, developing your own portfolio of clients and account managing key accounts where required. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities. Research potential clients and markets to ensure CSG solutions are tailored to customer needs. Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Field Sales, Tendering and Sewage Telesales teams to maximise sales opportunities and act on leads. Ensure all sales activity, customer interactions and opportunities are accurately recorded on the CRM system and administration is completed on time. Maintain a high level of professionalism, demonstrating CSG performance behaviours and excellent customer service. Comply with Group Health & Safety policies and ensure safe working practices at all times.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with customers via phone and email Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and performance indicators Ability to identify opportunities and proactively suggest ideas or solutions Strong listening and relationship-building skills Good IT skills including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and team objectives Motivated, proactive and eager to develop a career in sales
