Researching and identifying companies who might benefit from custom software solutions Reaching out to prospects via email, phone and LinkedIn to spark interest Learning how to position digital solutions in a clear, engaging way Collaborating with the wider sales and delivery teams to support proposals and pitches. Keeping everything organised using modern CRM tools (no spreadsheets here) Learning fast, asking questions, and bringing energy to the team.
You’ll be enrolled in the Furza Sales Academy, a 3‑month programme designed to give you everything you need to succeed. That includes 4 weeks of in‑person training, where you’ll build confidence, learn proven sales techniques, and practice real‑world scenarios all before stepping into your new role. About You
A recent graduate or early‑career professional looking to break into tech sales Confident communicator who enjoys talking to new people A proactive mindset Interested in how technology solves business problems Friendly, team‑oriented attitude, eager to learn, share and grow. Bonus points if you’ve done anything client‑facing, but not required.
