Sales Executive (Graduate Scheme) - Salary: 30K base + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Nottinghamshire

Salary: £30,000 base + uncapped commission

Progression: Clear 12‑month milestones to Senior Account Partner (£50,000 base + commission + company car within 4 years)


About the Role We’re looking for ambitious graduates who are serious about building a long‑term career in sales. This role forms part of a structured Account Management and Sales Development scheme designed to take high‑potential individuals from Sales Executive to Senior Account Partner within four years.


From day one, you’ll be supported with structured training, 1‑to‑1 coaching from senior leaders, and ownership of your own accounts. Success is rewarded through uncapped commission and clearly defined progression every 12 months.

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

  • Keeping customer success at the heart of everything you do by providing regular updates and proactive communication
  • Managing customer journeys end‑to‑end, liaising closely with Operations to ensure smooth delivery
  • Acting as the main point of contact if any challenges arise—guiding customers confidently through solutions
  • Sourcing leads, making outbound calls and video meetings, and building long‑term relationships
  • Developing new business while growing and managing existing accounts
  • Owning the full sales cycle from lead sourcing through to account management
  • Collaborating with Operations to source and quote the best solutions across multiple transport modes and markets
  • Continuously learning in the ever‑changing world of logistics, supported by experienced industry professionals
