Graduate Sales Executive


£25,000 base + £35,000–£40,000 OTE (Year 1)


A global events company is looking for ambitious graduates to join its growing Delegate Sales team. The business delivers large-scale, high-profile conferences across industries including AI, Defence, Cosmetics, Technology, Finance, Oil & Gas, Automotive, and more.


Events take place internationally, primarily across the US and Europe, in locations such as Florida, Austin, Savannah, London, Amsterdam, and Lisbon, bringing together senior decision-makers from some of the world’s leading organisations.


The Role


The Graduate Sales Executive will be responsible for selling high-value conference tickets to senior-level executives across multiple industries. This includes engaging directly with C-suite and director-level professionals, such as Chief AI Officers, Heads of Digital, and Heads of Innovation at global corporations.


The role focuses on communicating the value and commercial benefit of attending these events, building long-term client relationships, and managing accounts from initial contact through to onsite event delivery.


Key Responsibilities


  • Selling delegate passes to C-level and senior executives
  • Clearly articulating the value and ROI of attending global conferences
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Managing a personal sales pipeline and working towards targets
  • Attending international events to manage delegates onsite
  • Representing the company professionally at conferences worldwide
