Graduate hiring is a key part of our growth strategy, we hire ambitious, driven and people centered graduates to join. We offer excellent training, exposure from day 1 to Private Equity funds & portfolio companies and fast-track progression opportunities.
~ Compensation: up to £30,000 basic with quarterly commission
~ Hybrid working: days weekly in Piccadilly Circus office
~ Start: June-July 2026

What will you be doing in this role?
This is a 360 recruitment role; Candidate management:
Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for mandates in accordance with the requirements of the client through a mix of difference sourcing platforms.
Headhunt candidates and build relationships with passive candidates
Manage the relationship with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle from original contact to postplacement.
Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow up meetings (face to face and virtual) to asses and critique candidates against mandate requirements.
Brief candidates on job opportunities and gain their commitment
Seek to gain exclusivity with registered candidates
Send speculative CVs to relevant clients
Use sales skills and market/company/role information to gain candidates interest and to overcome any concerns
Client management & business development;
Market map clients, gathering information
Attend client meetings with the Head of Practice to lead on retained, exclusive, and contingent searches
Conduct detailed research into clients, their backers and competitors, and creating client packs to be utilised for client pitches, as well as during the search process
