This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you will manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement. Key Responsibilities: Proactively developing new client relationships through business development
Sourcing and engaging skilled technology candidates
Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
Managing negotiations, offers, and placements
Working towards clearly defined targets and performance goals
About You: At least 6 months experience in a sales or target-driven role
Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
Competitive, motivated, and results-driven
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
An interest in technology is advantageous but not essential
