You’ll:\n\nBuild relationships with schools and recruit teachers for permanent and temporary roles\nUse job boards, social media, and interviews to find and place the best candidates\nTake part in cold calling, business development, and full 360 recruitment\nWork towards weekly goals with the support of an experienced team\nConducting telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews with candidates. \nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A GRADUATE\nYou don’t need prior recruitment experience — we’re looking for potential, not expert.
