Salary: £24,000 - £25,250 + Uncapped Commission

What you’ll do

• Build relationships with clients in the UK, Benelux, and Germany
• Source top talent and build your personal brand in the market
• Manage your own recruitment desk, from candidate sourcing to deal closure
• Drive business development and grow your desk
• Every deal you close is directly rewarded with commission!
