We have an exciting opportunity for Graduates to work alongside our experienced and successful consultants delivering high profile recruitment services to clients within our specialist sectors; Banking & Financial Services, Hospitality, Leisure & Sport, Real Estate, Industry, Technology & Transformation & Global Technology.


About the PSD Group Graduate scheme


This is a new programme which is designed to give you an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a broad understanding of the recruitment industry and how it operates. You will benefit from direct access to the expertise of our consultants and leadership team, within both PSD and Hoggett Bowers, who will support your learning and development while sharing their own experiences and extensive networks.


This will include:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle and recruitment process.
  • Developing knowledge of how to prioritise tasks, reporting skills, how to maintain client confidentiality and how to conduct interviews.
  • Gaining an understanding of the research function. This includes identifying target companies, researching relevant industries, and mapping potential candidates who align with the client's requirements.
  • Utilising recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify candidates.
  • Developing an understanding of client companies, their industry, products and services.
  • The importance of giving presentations, their content and how to plan.
  • Understanding the planning, execution, tracking, and analysis of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Gaining an understanding of communication and organisational skills, meeting and achieving deadlines, project management, influencing and listening skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including production of presentations, reports, charts and graphical analysis.
