The Role?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on:
Headhunting top talent for high-growth tech clients
Building relationships with candidates and clients
Cold calling, candidate engagement, and delivering results from day one
Expanding accounts and winning new roles
Mentoring junior consultants in candidate sourcing and engagement
