The Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, youll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and become an expert in a specialist tech market placing candidates into hyper-growth tech companies across the US.
Your role will involve:
Source, qualify and match high-potential candidates using professional networking platforms
Guide both clients and candidates through the end-to-end hiring process
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with clear goals
Business development to bring onboard new clients
The Requirements:
Recent graduate with a strong academic background
Highly motivated and confident communicator
Competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented
