Graduate Recruitment Consultant £ 28k base salary with an increase to

£ 32k after promotion 50% commission structure with no threshold OTE Year 1

£ 50k; Year 2

£ 80k+ Promotion is target based

most hit it within 6 months One-on-one training from the Founders and the MDs 30 days paid holiday + birthday + bank holidays Working hours

8:30am-6:30pm Holiday incentives 2x a year
