Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Legal Sector Location: Central London Salary: £28,000 base, Year 1 OTE £40,000+; uncapped commission up to 40%. Start date: January. We are a leading Legal recruitment firm founded by two seven‑figure billers, expanding to hire four ambitious graduates to become our next top performers. You will receive direct one‑to‑one mentorship from the founders and learn from the very best. Responsibilities
Build deep expertise across the UK and US law markets. Develop relationships with high‑level stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients. Source, attract, and interview top‑tier candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Prepare and guide candidates through the interview process. Negotiate high‑value placements with confidence. Close deals and earn significant commission.
