Apply today!The Role: Graduate Recruitment ConsultantAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with talented tech professionals, connecting them with top clients across the UK Tech space, including Hello Fresh & Rightmove! Through ongoing research and learning about market trends, youll gain the knowledge and confidence to become an expert in this sector.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mapping the market, sourcing and engaging with top talent, negotiating offers, and building strong, lasting relationships. Another key aspect of the roll is to collaborate with clients in order to understand their hiring needs and identify their ideal candidates.
