One of the top higher-level recruitment firms in the Finance space, recruiting Associates all the way to C-suite professionals. Working within Private Equity and Investment Banking, the financial services is one of the most lucrative markets in the recruitment world, and they are thriving at the moment! This company just had their best month to date, with their top biller bringing in over 800k. To be the best, you have to learn from the best and who better to learn from other than the Director and Managing Director of the company? You can join with 2 other graduates, bouncing off of each others achievements and guiding one another to success.
The Incentives to the Company Graduate Recruitment Consultant
£30k base salary with an increase to £35k once promoted
OTE in year 1 of £50k!
Guidance throughout and 1-on-1 support from the beginning
Promotion tends to be within 6 months
40% commission structure with no threshold
28 days paid holiday + birthdays + 5 days at Christmas off
WFH 1-2 days a week
Spin the wheel every month for a random fun incentive
Team holidays every September Mallorca, Mykonos or New York
Casual office attire
Early finish Thursdays and Fridays

Smart 2:1 or above in a degree of any discipline
Savvy Can think quick on their feet
Salesy Ideally some kind of background in sales OR someone who can prove they have a knack for sales
Financially driven Will work hard to see the money come in, and not just believe it should be handed to them
Competitive A sports background, OR someone who wants to work towards targets

Fast-paced, sales-based role in the Finance space
Business development Find and work with your clients
Consulting Advise them on hiring plans and what their competitors are doing
Headhunt Source the top talent and set up interviews
Prep Give insights into the companies and help your candidates succeed
Negotiate Debate the offer and secure a deal
