Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Bristol City Centre

The Role

You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements
• Writing job adverts and marketing live roles
• Managing offers, negotiations, and placements
• Working towards targets and being rewarded when you exceed them

About You

• Graduate or recent graduate (2:1 preferred but not essential)
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
