You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team working with some of the most exciting and forward‑thinking companies in the world, from Oxford University spin‑outs and local SMEs to global FTSE100 innovators. You’ll focus entirely on candidate engagement and delivery You’ll have access to the latest tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceBreaker and Vincere You’ll work with companies solving real‑world problems in AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech, MedTech, IoT, SaaS and more You’ll get involved in community‑building events such as Women in Tech, Leaders in Tech, PeopleOps and Video Games meetups You’ll be part of a supportive, high‑trust team of four across the UK and South Africa You’ll have a structured daily routine with clear targets and the help to achieve them You’ll enjoy an early finish every Friday - usually by 1pm, sometimes earlier
What You’ll Be Doing Attracting and Engaging Talent

Pitching Opportunities
Presenting roles with clarity and enthusiasm Helping candidates understand the impact of the work our clients do Preparing them for interviews and guiding them through feedback and offers
Proactive Talent Work
Reaching out to brilliant people even before a job opensSupporting Account Managers by identifying talent pipelines Keeping delivery on track by flagging any blockers early
