Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor – Marylebone - PERM

Rare and exciting opportunity for a Grad Quantity Surveyor to join a successful high end residential & commercal refurb contractor, where you’ll assist on high-value refurbishment projects from inception to completion. What does the role involve?

The client are based in Marylebone, and all projects are based in the Central London area. The role will be based in the office with site visits when necessary.

You’ll assist with 2-3 live projects, managing all commercial and contractual responsibilities. You’ll produce cost reports, valuations, reconciliations and forecasts, as well as administering subcontract valuations and payments - ensuring robust financial and project performance.

Full UK Driving Licence
