If you are a Senior Electrical Design Engineer who would like to become a big cog in a medium-sized wheel (they have around 300 employees globally), this role is for you.
You'll join a fun, friendly, and professional team of M&E Design Engineers, BIM Technicians, and Energy and Sustainability Engineers. You'll work on both UK and international projects and feel good that you are helping define, design, and deliver meaningful projects. Projects will include life sciences, commercial offices, schools and universities, healthcare, and high-rise mixed-use developments.
Sustainability, staff wellbeing, and innovation remain the driving values, and you'll enjoy working as part of a truly connected team. You will not be micromanaged but rather given your projects to lead and clients to develop. When required, you'll have access to a pool of around 40 electrical engineers, and the Director will always be willing to help or support you.

What you need
~5+ years' experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, working within the built environment
~ Good communicator, able to lead client meetings
~ Comfortable leading projects through RIBA Stages 2 - 4 (Sometimes to 4b), with minimal supervision
~ Right to work in the UK
