Job Description
Futures are partnering with a leading manufacturer  in their search for a Graduate Project Engineer to support the delivery of technically complex engineering projects. This role is designed for an engineering graduate who wants early responsibility, structured development and exposure to real-world engineering challenges within a fast-moving project environment.\n\nAs a Graduate Project Engineer will work closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on involvement across design, validation, manufacturing and customer interaction, while developing the core skills required for a long-term career in project engineering.\n\nGraduate Project Engineer – Role & Responsibilities - \n\nSupport the delivery of engineering projects from customer requirements through to implementation\nAssist in translating customer needs into clear technical specifications\nContribute to planning and tracking project timelines, cost and quality targets\nCoordinate with design, validation and manufacturing teams\nSupport DFMEA activities and structured product development processes\nCommunicate with internal stakeholders and customers under guidance from senior engineers\nContribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving activities\nGraduate Project Engineer – Skills & Experience\n\nDegree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline\nStrong understanding of core engineering principles\nInterest in project engineering, manufacturing and product development\nComfortable working with cross-functional teams\nStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills\nProactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop\nIf you are an engineering graduate ready to start your career in a challenging and rewarding environment, we would like to hear from you
