Role Description

This is a full-time (part time considered) on-site role for a Graduate Podiatrist located at The Village Clinic in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire . The role involves providing podiatric medical care, specializing in diagnosing and treating foot health issues. As a new Graduate we will help you to gradually build your speed and confidence in clinic, our experienced Pods on hand for any questions.

Once you start to feel confident in your day to day routine practice we will start the extended mentoring process. This will include -

• MSK assessments ,prescribing orthotics, you will spend time with the Physio team learning valuable rehab tips, shockwave and laser treatments.
• Nail surgery - start with assisting , then giving the LA, then the procedure.
• Swift verruca treatments.
• Training on Dermatoscope use.
• Time spent with the reception team, learning how the busy clinic is managed at the front desk
• Spending time with the social media team , helping us to create content.

Once you have experienced the full scope of Podiatry, we can help you steer your caseload to the areas you like the most.

Qualifications

• A Podiatry Degree with an ability to assess and treat various foot and lower limb conditions.
• A willingness to embrace more learning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
