As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging with external partners as well as internal channel marketers in order to reconcile all open and ageing marketing claims. You will be providing reporting and analysis of claims as well as supporting leadership teams with monthly and quarterly reviews.
You’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself to fully utilise your capabilities, supporting our commercial teams in developing methods to present and explain complex analysis in a straight-forward, easy to understand way.
As part of this role, you will be enrolled in our graduate scheme which will support you through the first 18 months of your time at Ipsos Data Labs. The scheme will provide you with a structured programme, continuous mentorship, training and hands-on assignments to propel your understanding of data’s impact in the business landscape.
- Manage the administration, pre-validation, POE & Invoice submission, and ongoing compliance of all inbound Marketing PO claims.
- Manage direct relationships with partners and engaging in regular meetings to guide, train and reconcile on Open POs.
- End to end back-office support for Channel marketers and external partners in EMEA.
- Generating reports, dashboards, and presentations to support channel marketers.
- Assist in monitoring regular POE failure issues and consult with Channel Marketers on incorporating changes to the PO creation, accounting for future POE fails.
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of back-office operations such as order processing and administrative tasks
- A genuine self-starter with ability to prioritise team and individual workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel); experience using Power BI is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; strong customer service orientation
Please note, the role will primarily involve working directly with partners in the DACH region, and as such, fluency in German is necessary.

The role of our Data Analysts varies depending on the client and project they’ve been assigned to, but typically you’ll be required to:
- Engage with extensive data sets using advanced data mining and predictive analytics techniques to uncover and communicate insights.
- Design and optimise data processing systems to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Develop compelling data visualisations and dashboards that translate complex analyses into actionable strategies.
- Foster collaborative relationships across teams to innovate and enhance commercial solutions.
