As a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor, youll play a key role in creating a healthy and safe workplace. Youll work closely with experienced professionals to learn best practices, support training sessions, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. This is a hands-on role where youll gain practical experience, develop technical skills, and contribute to projects that make a real difference.During your time with us, youll learn how to: -Support the Health and Safety Manager in delivering a professional advisory service across operational units.-Assist managers, engineers, and operational teams in meeting their health and safety responsibilities.-Conduct workplace inspections and audits to identify hazards and propose improvements.-Help ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company standards.-Gain experience in ISO 45001:2023 accreditation processes.You will be a recent graduate, with a degree in a science discipline and demonstrate a strong interest in Health & Safety. You will be willing to work towards a NEBOSH certificate through guided support and eager to learn in fast-paced environment.
