Responsibilities As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the planning, execution, and reporting of geotechnical site investigations. * Conducting soil and rock sampling, logging, and testing in accordance with industry standards. * Supporting the preparation of geotechnical designs, calculations, and reports. * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. * Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all project activities. * Staying up-to-date with advancements in geotechnical engineering practices and technologies.
Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess the following:
* A degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline. * A strong academic background with a focus on geotechnical principles and practices. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. * A willingness to learn and develop within the role. * A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Day-to-Day Your daily activities will involve:
