Job Title: Graduate Geotechnical Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join a well-established ground investigation and geotechnical consultancy based in Bristol. The company works across a wide range of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout the Southwest and Wales.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience within site investigations while developing strong technical and reporting skills. You will be supported by experienced engineers and project managers, gaining exposure to projects from initial site works through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the supervision of ground investigations, logging soils and rock in accordance with current standards, carrying out groundwater and gas monitoring, and supporting contamination sampling. You will also contribute to the preparation of factual and interpretative reports and liaise with site operatives and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly and safely.

Essential Criteria:
* Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline
* Strong interest in ground investigation and geotechnical engineering
* Full UK driving licence
* Good communication and report writing skills
* Based within a commutable distance of Bristol
