Job Description

We’re working with a fast-growing challenger brand in the snacking space that’s scaling quickly across major UK retailers. They’re now looking for a Graduate Field Sales Executive to join the team and play a key role in driving visibility, trial, and growth on the ground. This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands on experience in FMCG, working directly with stores, customers, and brand activations ideal for someone ambitious, energetic, and keen to build a career in sales.


Responsibility:

  • Visiting convenience stores to ensure products are stocked, well placed, and visible
  • Building relationships with store staff to improve presence and resolve issues
  • Running in-store sampling sessions to drive awareness and trial
  • Supporting product launches and local activations
  • Spotting new opportunities for growth across your territory
  • Representing the brand at events and promotional activities
  • Managing your own diary across a regional patch (4 days on the road)


Requirements:

  • Graduate or early-career profile
  • Confident, personable, and comfortable speaking to new people daily
  • Highly organised with strong time management
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Full UK driving licence + access to a car
  • Interest in FMCG, food, or consumer brands is a plus
