Responsibilities

• Full 360‑degree executive recruitment, owning end‑to‑end senior‑management processes
• Specialise in a niche industry sector within one of our core markets globally
• Develop new business with clients and foster key customer relationships
• Headhunt top industry talent for high‑level vacancies
• Consult with clients on hiring executive‑level staff and recruitment programmes
• Work technology‑based, using telephone, video, email and face‑to‑face interactions to build long‑term relationships
• Operate autonomously and independently, while collaborating within a team and growing your industry sector as a business unit

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred but not required
• Driven, confident individuals for a sales and business‑development focused role

• Accountable for hitting targets and growing the market/industry you specialise in
