You will work closely with experienced estimators, engineers and project teams, building your confidence while contributing to real projects from an early stage.In this role, the successful Graduate Estimator will support the full lifecycle of estimation projects while developing into a fully-fledged Estimator. You will assist with reviewing specifications, drawings and tender documentation, as well as helping to prepare accurate cost estimates and technical quotations. In addition, you will liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to gather pricing and technical information. On top of this, you will support risk identification, value engineering opportunities and ensure compliance with company procedures and Health & Safety standards.The ideal Graduate Estimator will come from a relevant technical or construction-related background, with a keen interest in developing a career in estimating or project delivery. Ideally, but not essentially, you will have some knowledge of mechanical systems such as pumping or pipework.
