Graduate Digital Marketing Executive – Craft, Create, Convert ✨

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000

Location: Warwickshire (office-based)

Hours: Mon–Thurs 9–5, Fri early finish (because balance matters)

Contract: Permanent

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

Emails people want to open

• Create engaging email campaigns for launches, promos, and key moments
• Help build automated journeys like welcome flows and abandoned carts
• Test subject lines, content, and timing to improve performance
• Track results and spot opportunities to grow

Making the website shine

• Keep the Shopify store fresh, on-brand, and easy to shop
• Upload products, build collections, and support launches
• Improve the customer journey and boost conversions
• Use data to understand what’s working

Growing the brand

• Support paid ads across Meta & Google
• Get involved in SEO and content improvements
• Help keep marketing consistent and creative
