- Assist in design coordination from tender through to delivery, ensuring information is accurate and timely. \n
- Support the management of design changes, liaising with consultants and specialist subcontractors. \n
- Help maintain compliance with CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, and company procedures. \n
- Contribute to document control and workflows using platforms such as Viewpoint for Projects. \n
- Participate in value engineering sessions, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. \n
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure design intent aligns with project objectives. \n
- \n
- Be on a 2-year structured Graduate development programme, gaining technical knowledge and leadership skills. \n
- Receive support in working towards professional accreditation (e.g., CIOB, RICS, or equivalent). \n
- Build experience on complex and high-profile projects, including heritage refurbishments and cultural landmarks. \n
- Learn from some of the industry's most skilled professionals. \n
- Tackle challenging projects that stretch and strengthen your skills. \n

- A degree or Masters qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related design discipline. \n
- Work experience, ideally within construction or design coordination (desirable). \n
- A passion for problem-solving and creative thinking. \n
- An interest in heritage and cultural projects, and a desire to continue learning and developing yourself. \n
- A full driving licence (desirable). \n
