Graduate Client Relations Manager (Customer Success)

£35,000 base + commission

London | Hybrid | Rapidly Growing Organisation


A leading global provider of financial insights and market intelligence is expanding its London Client Relations team after another strong year of growth. The business supports some of the world’s most influential financial institutions — from investment banks to hedge funds to private equity firms — helping them make smarter, faster decisions.

The Role – Client Relations Manager

You will play a critical role in ensuring clients get maximum value from the platform and services. This is a dynamic, commercially focused position with a blend of client interaction, product education, and early-stage commercial opportunity spotting.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering onboarding sessions and product walk-throughs to new users
  • Managing trials and driving product and service adoption
  • Running client check-ins, usage reviews, and follow-up calls
  • Identifying upsell/expansion opportunities and working closely with Account Managers
  • Supporting campaign activity, event follow-up, and new feature engagement
  • Identifying and reducing churn risk
  • Conducting face-to-face client meetings in London
  • Opportunities to travel internationally (e.g. Paris, Frankfurt) for client visits and wider team initiatives


You’ll be joining the third hire into this newly built, high-growth team - meaning high visibility, a huge amount of ownership, and real progression opportunities as the function scales.

You should have:

  • A recent degree 2:1 or above - Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
  • High levels of discipline, organisation, and professionalism
  • Target-driven mindset and a real hunger for success
  • Proactive, energetic attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong interest in financial markets and the wider economic landscape
  • Strong extra-curriculars
  • Previous Part-time employment alongside studies
