PK Education are working with secondary schools in Rotherham who are looking for graduates to step into the classroom as Cover Supervisors from September 2026.

This role gives you direct classroom experience, where you’ll be leading lessons using pre-set work, managing behaviour, and supporting students across a range of subjects. It’s one of the most effective ways to build confidence and understand what teaching is really like before committing to training.

You’ll gain experience across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, working in different schools and environments, developing key skills such as communication, leadership, and adaptability.

We’re looking for graduates who are confident, proactive, and interested in working with young people. Experience is helpful but not essential — attitude and presence matter more.

This role is ideal for those considering PGCE, Schools Direct, or other routes into teaching.
