About the Role

Academics is currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming secondary school in Swindon. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build classroom confidence, develop key teaching skills, and make a real impact on students' learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment
Deliver and supervise pre-set work provided by teaching staff
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
Act as a positive role model for students
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are upheld at all times

About You

A recent graduate with an interest in education or teaching
Experience working with children or young people (desirable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Calm, adaptable, and confident in managing classroom behaviour
