As our Building Surveying team continues to grow, we are delighted to offer an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our dynamic Cambridge office. This role provides hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects and surveying instructions. You'll work on schemes within residential, education, industrial and commercial sectors, gaining exposure to a variety of professional services, including: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys Pre-acquisition Building Surveys Design and Contract Administration Schedules of Condition Schedules of Dilapidations Reinstatement Cost Assessments You will collaborate with an impressive client portfolio, including major retailers, local authorities, museums, universities, colleges and property investors.
