An opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor at graduate, assistant, or intermediate level to join a growing team delivering a range of property and asset-related surveys. The role offers exposure to varied projects and environments, working alongside experienced professionals across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities Assist in delivering surveying services across a portfolio of building-related projects Collect and record information on building elements, including condition and performance Contribute to the preparation of clear, concise reports outlining findings and recommendations Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project delivery Use digital tools and mobile technology to capture survey data on-site Attend site visits across different property types, adapting to varying project requirements Work both independently and as part of a wider team, depending on project scope Support general project coordination and respond to ad hoc tasks as neededProject Scope Work may involve a mix of:
