Responsibilities Work flexibly and with integrity to meet the needs of all property-owning directorates across the organisation. Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded within process and systems Be an active member of the directorate and provide a high standard of customer service to partners, stakeholders and directorate team members Ensure data is managed in accordance with GDPR and other relevant regulation Follow the appropriate governance processes for dealing with any financial activities, to ensure value for money is achieved for the authority, including compliance with procurement regulations Raise purchase orders for contractor works and other supplies, understanding procurement and financial systems and requirements, including all aspects of Business World, to ensure orders and invoices are processed in a timely manner and procurement requirements adhered to, in accordance with WMCA systems and processes.
