Graduate Area Sales Manager - South West

Fantastic entry-level sales role for a candidate that wants to break into field sales and work for a global company that offers great training and development alongside:

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to take ownership of a territory with a clear and achievable growth plan. You'll gain hands-on exposure to true field sales, managing a diverse customer base across industrial manufacturers and merchant accounts (60% industrial / 40% dealer).

Selling a high-quality range of fastening systems - including nails, screws, staples and pneumatic/cordless tools - you'll work with well-known national merchants as well as manufacturers. You'll build relationships with Buyers, Production Managers and Design Teams, plan 4-6 customer meetings per day. This role offers real autonomy, responsibility and the chance to make a measurable commercial impact from day one.

What We're Looking For

• Based around the M4 corridor (Swindon ±30 miles)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong communication skills and confident presenting face-to-face
• Self-motivated, resilient and commercially driven
• Hungry to succeed
