GP Operations Manager Location: Vauxhall Salary: up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Hours: Full time Overview We are seeking an experienced GP Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of two busy primary care sites. This role is central to ensuring smooth service delivery, a positive patient experience, and strong team performance. Working closely with the Practice Business Manager, you will focus on operational leadership, workforce management, and site coordination, enabling strategic priorities to be delivered effectively.

Key duties Operational delivery (across sites) Manage daily operations across the main SW9 surgery and the North Lambeth branch, ensuring consistent service standards. Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and administrative systems, using EMIS and other digital tools effectively. Attend the branch site regularly to monitor performance, address issues, and maintain compliance standards. Support planning for the transition to a new, purpose-built Vauxhall site, ensuring operational readiness ahead of relocation.
