This role requires a proactive and collaborative individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to organize information. You will: Develop and curate engaging content for internal communications (e.g., monthly newsletter), collaborating with the Mobility & Immigration team to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Manage and maintain team communication channels, including SharePoint sites, team posts, and email distribution lists. Communicate allowance changes to expatriate employees on a defined schedule. Maintain and update process documents and templates. Maintain user-friendly operating manuals, process guides, templates, and training materials. And MORE!
