About the Role

As Global Mobility Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things mobility - managing end-to-end international assignments, advising stakeholders, and ensuring seamless relocation experiences for employees. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate with HR, Tax, Legal, and external vendors to deliver best-in-class mobility solutions.]

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of international assignments, including permanent transfers, short-term assignments, and business travel
• Advise HR Business Partners and line managers on mobility policies, tax implications, immigration, and compliance
• Partner with external vendors (tax, relocation, immigration) to ensure smooth execution of moves
• Maintain and enhance global mobility policies and processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards
• Monitor global tax and immigration developments and assess impact on mobility programs
• Support reporting and analytics related to mobility trends, costs, and compliance
• Act as a trusted advisor to assignees, providing guidance and support throughout their relocation journey

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in global mobility within a complex, multinational organization—ideally in financial services or professional services
• Strong understanding of tax, immigration, and relocation processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset
• Experience working with external vendors and managing service delivery
