Evolve the Global P2P Operating ModelFurther professionalize and scale our global P2P and operational procurement setupDefine and implement a future-ready operating model across regionsEstablish governance, KPIs, and standardized service delivery frameworksEnhance buying channel optimization and request management structures2. Drive Automation, Orchestration & AI EnablementPartner closely with the CTO to embed orchestration layers, agent-based workflows, and AI-supported process automationReduce manual touchpoints across intake, sourcing support, order management, and supplier communicationImplement intelligent ticket routing and digital intake channelsLeverage spend analytics to systematically identify efficiency and savings opportunities within operational procurement flows3. Elevate the Client ExperienceCreate a B2C-inspired user experience for operational procurement servicesProvide full transparency on request status, SLAs, and performance metricsModernize and scale the client help desk modelBuild self-service capabilities where appropriate4. Drive Operational Efficiency at ScaleIncrease productivity through automation and standardizationDefine global workforce strategy across nearshore and onshore hubsOptimize cost-to-serve through technology enablementEstablish continuous improvement and performance dashboards5.
