We are exclusively partnering with a global leader in securities services to appoint a Global Head of Alternative Fund Services. This is a senior executive role, leading strategy, transformation, and delivery across a multi-asset global hedge fund and alternatives servicing platform.

The position carries end-to-end responsibility for defining and implementing the global operating model across hedge funds, funds of hedge funds, liquid alternatives, private equity, private debt and hybrid structures. The successful candidate will oversee strategy, product, client delivery and innovation in collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global strategy and value proposition for Hedge Fund Services, driving commercial growth and market differentiation
• Own the global P&L, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth across client lines
• Oversee product development and transformation across digital, operating models, and client experience
• Lead global client delivery, onboarding and service operations across multiple jurisdictions
• Shape the client digital experience in collaboration with technology and operational teams
• Guide cross-functional and cross-regional teams, embedding a high-performance, client-centric culture
• Act as a senior leader and representative of the Alternatives platform both internally and externally

Candidate Profile

• Proven executive leadership in Alternatives fund administration, with global or regional remit
• In-depth knowledge of hedge fund, hybrid and private capital servicing models
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with prior P&L ownership
• Demonstrated success in operational transformation, platform optimisation and client experience
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and change delivery credentials
• Exposure to risk, compliance and regulatory frameworks in a complex, global environment
