Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced senior lawyer to lead its global Employment, Incentives and Pensions team.
This is a temporary interim role for an estimated 9-12 months. You will take overall responsibility for UK, EU, and US matters.

- Providing strategic legal advice and commercial solutions on Employment, Incentives, and Pensions (EIP) matters.
- Working on compensation arrangements and remuneration policies and practices, with a sound understanding of different reward and compensation structures, including share options.
- Managing a team of two senior lawyers and helping to mentor and support other lawyers across the wider team.
- Overseeing executive employment arrangements, workforce policies and EIP frameworks
- Supporting international EIP projects and matters in the EU and US as the business continues to scale, coordinating with in-country General Counsels and their teams.
What we're looking for
- Extensive PQE (15+ PQE as a guide, but no pre-requisite) in employment law, ideally with incentives and pensions experience, but not an absolute requirement if this can be developed
- Strong grounding in executive employment matters and reward structures, including share options
- In-house financial services experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
