Main duties: To provide excellent customer service to B2B retailers.

The role: - To answer customer queries in a timely manner - To process orders and update customers on shipping status accordingly - To provide customers with product advice and guidance on online ordering process - To process returns and refunds efficiently - To liaise with Logistics department regarding stock levels - To conduct any other admin duties as and when required

The candidate: - Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential - Previous customer service experience - Essential - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate - IT literate
