I am actively looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join a well-established Ground Investigation team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in site investigation, geotechnical assessment, and ground engineering projects.

This Geotechnical Engineer role offers exposure to a wide range of developments across Cardiff and the surrounding region. You will gain practical field experience, develop technical reporting skills, and work alongside experienced engineers.

As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to assist with the planning and supervision of ground investigations, logging soil and rock in accordance with current standards, coordinating laboratory testing, and supporting the preparation of factual and interpretative reports. You will also contribute to risk assessments, health and safety planning, and the delivery of high-quality data to inform design solutions.

Geotechnical Engineer, Candidate Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence
Background within Geology/relevant degrees
Experience within the Ground Investigation sector
