Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing geotechnical engineering expertise in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring that all engineering solutions meet the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct geotechnical investigations and analyze soil and rock properties. Design foundations and assess stability of slopes. Manage and oversee geotechnical projects from initiation to completion. Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and presentations for stakeholders. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other professionals to integrate geotechnical considerations into project designs. Review and assess construction materials for geotechnical applications. Perform risk assessments and compliance evaluations related to geotechnical engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Knowledge of soil mechanics, foundation design, and site investigations is essential.
