Link3 Recruitment are seeking General Teaching Assistants to join our Supply Team where you will be working across multiple mainstream Primary Schools based across Warwick and surrounding areas.

As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in helping children achieve their potential, both academically and personally, while working closely with teachers, parents, and the wider community.

• Experience supporting children in a school environment is desirable, but enthusiasm, dedication, and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to support learning, promote confidence, and foster personal development in children.

What You Must Have:

• Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
• Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification 
• Proven experience supporting children primary school age
• A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through us)
• Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills
