Teaching Assistant - SEN Support Primary School - Hackney, East London Contract: Full-time Start Date: September Pay: £1,750 - £2,200 per month Veritas Education are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hackney, East London, to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) from the start of the new academic year. The school works closely with families to support both academic progress and personal development. The Role As a Teaching Assistant with a focus on SEN support, you will: Provide targeted 1:1 support for pupils with SEN Support academic progress, social development and independence Help maintain an organised and purposeful learning space Monitor pupil engagement and provide feedback GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent) Experience working with children in a school or SEN setting A degree in Education, Psychology or related field This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact within a supportive Hackney primary school.
